I currently teach 5th grade at North Shore Elementary.  I grew up in South Haven and graduated from L.C. Mohr High School.  I received my associate's degree from Lake Michigan College, my bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, and my master's degree from Michigan State University.  I have focused my studies on various topics, including special education, reading, integrated arts, and technology.  I also have run the History Tech Club with coworker Julie Sheppard for eight years.
